Citywide was formed over ten years ago.  The owner, Pat Ayers, had worked for several other firms and decided that there had to be a better way to do it.  She wanted a reporting firm that could do quality work in a reasonable period of time in a professional manner, and one that could attract a group of highly competent and responsible reporters.  We think that's what we have in Citywide.

Our goal is to make your job easier.  Some of the ways we do that is by coordinating our reporters with the cases, maintaining lists of names and terminology, providing a two-week turnaround, archiving all depositions, and answering our phones 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  We believe Citywide Reporters puts out an excellent product at a fair and competitive price.

We realize that from time to time special needs mush be met and we're prepared to accommodate your requests.  We strive to obtain the complete satisfaction of every client with whom we do business.  In past years, we sent reporters to Australia, Europe, and throughout the United States at the request of our clients.  So when we say we go the extra mile, we mean it.
